Who We Are

T.K.S.S. is a locally based non-profitable charity organisation, focusing on the rapidly changing needs of rural communities. Working closely with the local populations throughout the past decade, we have successfully developed mutual trust and understanding of the divergent local customs. Elements that are necessary for effective project executions in this geographically challenging and remotely hidden corner of China.

T.K.S.S field of operation is profoundly local, drawing on support from local communities and respective government offices, optimising readily available resources at minimal administrative overheads, in order to achieve targeted results within allocated time phases.
